Listed below are symptoms that may indicate the presence of gallstones or stones in the liver:

Frequent bad breath and burping. This is a sure indication that there’s undigested food and possibly fermented and putrefied food in the digestive tract. The bacteria that forms (as a result of this problem) produces gases which account for the bad breath and burping.

Cracked tongue. When the body makes insufficient amounts of bile food doesn’t digest as it should. This can in turn lead to bacterial putrefaction and/or toxicity which results in scars or lesions on the intestinal walls. Cracks on the tongue are an indication of this condition.

Frequent crust forming at corners of mouth. This could indicate the presence of duodenal ulcers caused by regurgitating bile into the stomach.

Pimples on the tongue. This could indicate digestive problems and fermenting food remains in the small or large intestines.

Yellow or white coating on the tongue. When bile is improperly produced it causes digestive problems within the body. This prevents toxins in the mouth and throat area from being flushed out of the body. As a result the back of the tongue becomes coated in bacteria.

Bile discharge into the mouth. If food isn’t digested properly the bile can sometimes backflow into the stomach, destroying the stomach’s protective lining and causing a discharge of mucus. The bile and mucus can also make its way up the throat and into the mouth. This leads to a very bitter taste in the mouth; frequents attempts to clear the mouth of bile lead to coughing and in some cases, minor choking.

Dark spots or marks on the lips. When an obstruction in the liver, kidneys, or gallbladder occur lymph drainage and blood circulation is negatively impacted. Seek medical attention if you have unusual dark spots on your lips.
